Sailing - Junior Race Team Manager - Head Coach
This position will focus primarily on the established Opti and Laser race teams and develop the 420 trap and spin programming.

Duties will Include:

  • Coaching
  • Regatta selection and travel logistics
  • Hiring and supervising assistant coaches for the race team
  • Assisting with Summer Programs
  • Assisting with High School teams and High School Development teams practices and regattas
  • Race team asset management including inventory, parts, repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with all areas of waterfront programming

Recreational Sailing Program Manager
This position will focus primarily on the adult and youth recreational, learn to sail programing, and water front activities but will be involved in all aspects on the waterfront.

Duties will Include:

  • Managing design/development and advertising of all recreational and learn to sail programming
  • Manage adult sailing lessons, group lessons, rental certifications, speaker series, sailboat rentals, paddle rentals (Kayaks, paddleboards)
  • Manage waterfront program equipment and check out process/procedures.
  • Inventory, repair, and maintain all recreational programming equipment
  • Hiring and supervising waterfront staff, and learn to sail instructors
  • Running the beginner - learn to sail programming in our youth Summer Programs
  • Run the year around youth "learn to sail" programming
  • Create and run the youth recreational waterfront programming, and STEM/REACH programs.
  • Assist the Waterfront Director and Race Team Manager with all aspects of waterfront programming - true team approach!

Maintenance Director 
The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Maintenance department in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and FYC standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of two (5) years’ maintenance experience
  • Must have proven knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, Pool filtration system, and plumbing systems
  • Must be knowledgeable of local building codes and ordinances

Specific Job Requirements:

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
  • Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: safety and sanitation
  • Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
  • Displays integrity and professionalism

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to plan, supervise, and direct maintenance programs
  • Must be able to schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
  • Must be able to inspect equipment/systems regular for proper functioning and safety
  • Must be able to run errands, handing incoming and outgoing freight, and lift and move heavy furniture and equipment
  • Must be able to recruit, select, hire, evaluate, train, counsel, and supervise maintenance staff
  • Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards members
  • Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
  • Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations


  • Proven working experience as a bartender
