ASTOR ROOM
$250 Room Rental Fee
Popular for its spectacular floor to ceiling views of the St. Johns River, the Club's docks, and downtown Jacksonville. Complete with octagonal veranda, this is the perfect site for rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, wedding brunches, and dinner parties. This space comfortably accommodates 80 guests for a seated function and can accommodate up to 125 guests for cocktail parties. Food & Beverage minimum: AM (Lunch) $750/ PM $2,500 ($5000 for Non-Member Weddings)
BALLROOM & CAPTAIN'S WALK
$600 Room Rental Fee
Dramatic twenty-five foot ceilings, wrought iron chandeliers and sconces, tailored window and stage treatments, and warm hardwood floors lend this room class and elegance. A built in stage makes this space impossible to beat for wedding receptions, corporate seminars, and dinner dances. The room accommodates 150-200 guests for a seated dinner and 250-350 guests for a cocktail party. The Ballroom is booked in conjunction with the Captain's Walk on most occasions with the open archways allowing guests a view of the river.
Food & Beverage minimum: AM (Lunch) $1500/ PM $5,000 ($7500 for Non-Member Weddings)
Overlooking our docks and Terrazzo Lawn, the Captain's Walk is booked in conjunction with the Ballroom on most occasions. The Captain's Walk is connected to the Ballroom by open archways and is the perfect space to set a dinner buffet or full bar.
Often times this room is set for a cocktail hour preceding a dinner event in the Ballroom.
For the exclusive use of the entire 2nd floor of the Clubhouse: a $7500 Food and Beverage minimum must be met for FYC Member Weddings. A $10,000 Food and Beverage minimum for Non-Member Weddings.
LIVING ROOM
$75 Room Rental Fee
Located on the first floor of our clubhouse, this room can be accessed through our formal entrance. This room offers a comfortable “at home” feel with its inviting furniture and large fireplace. This space is perfect for very intimate cocktail parties or business receptions. The Club's policies stipulate that the furnishings for this area remain as designed whenever possible.
RIVER PORCH
$75 Room Rental Fee
Also on the first floor of our clubhouse, the River Porch is very popular space for meetings, luncheons, and intimate rehearsal dinners. Floor to ceiling windows allow for an unobstructed view of our docks, Terrazzo Lawn, and the St. John's River. The River Porch is an ideal setting when used in conjunction with the Living Room and Terrazzo Lawn.
Food & Beverage minimum: $500 (Lunch) $1750 (Dinner)
TERRAZZO LAWN: CEREMONY OR PRIVATE PARTY
$1000 Wedding Ceremony Set Up Fee, $600 Room Rental for Non Wedding Events
This beautiful outdoor venue is a first class location to hold your wedding ceremony with the St. John's River and the club's docks as the backdrop. Includes placement and breakdown of 50 white ceremony chairs for your wedding. $5 per additional chair. Complimentary ice water station set 30 minutes prior to ceremony for your wedding guests to enjoy. Can accommodate up to 200 chairs.
NORTHEAST RIVERSIDE LAWN CEREMONY
